The Aftersessions for the first three weeks of December will be discussing The Book of Joy:  Lasting Happiness in a Changing World, by the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu with Douglas Abrams.

• Dec 12 will be devoted to The Obstacles to Joy
• Dec 19 we will review The Eight Pillars of Joy
