Sunday Gathering & Aftersession

This week Paul’s words to the Galatians come to mind – “Do not grow weary in well-doing”.  As we face another acceleration of the impact of the coronavirus on our lives, we may find ourselves growing weary with what we have to do for the sake of our well-being.   So we need each other now, more than ever. Random acts of kindness go a long way these days, so if you think of one, pass it on.  Our community and mutual care is a great source of encouragement to many of us these days.

Aftersession from 11 a.m. to noon. Stay for an extended Q&A to listen to the fascinating perspectives of the SCU students – four young adults all born after 1990 with a different experience and view of history than most of us.  Their perspectives on the role of faith communities related to racial justice are important voices for us to hear and understand.
