Tending Our Inner and Outer Garden
A Morning of Meditation and Gardening
The healing power that is cultivated in group prayer and meditation is far more powerful than meditating alone. When we meditate in a group our collective energy and intentions weave a stronger web of peace and contribute to the strengthening of the whole community.
Our morning will look like this:
- 20 minutes of silent meditation
- one hour of light work in our outdoor meditation garden
- another 20 minutes of silent meditation
We are all beginners.
